Children in Special Circumstances

The Deanery has developed an educational strategy for all General Practitioners so that they can care more effectively for 'Children in Special Circumstances'. This includes:

  • A review of current policy and research
  • A 'map' of education currently available within the Deanery
  • A curriculum
  • Educational resources.
The project is a collaboration between the Deanery, the Cambridge University General Practice & Primary Care Research Unit and the PCTs and is being led by Dr Ruth Bastable who would be pleased to hear from anyone with a view on the subject.
