Here is the latest edition of the Calgary-Cambridge Guide to the Consultation, which has been redesigned so that it covers all aspects of the medical interview, and is also particularly appropriate for medical student teaching, as it includes content such as relevant background information as well as how to record information in the records.  A paper on the new guide is to be published in Academic Medicine in August 2003.
